[It is] not good to eat much honey: so [for men] to search their own glory [is not] glory.
How can you2f believe, which receive honour one of another, and seek not the honour that [comes] from God-The Father only?
Let another man praise youi, and not youi own mouth; a stranger, and not youi own lips.
[Let] nothing [be done] through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves.
I am become a fool in glorying; you2f have compelled me: for I ought to have been commended of you: for in nothing am I behind the very most important apostles, though I be nothing.
It is not expedient for me doubtless to glory. I will come to visions and revelations of the Lord - Kurios.
Hast youi found honey? eat so much as is sufficient for youi, lest youi be filled therewith, and vomit it.
For whosoever exalts himself shall be abased; and he that humbles himself shall be exalted.
[It is] the glory of God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings [is] to search out a matter.
