[As] an earring of gold, and an ornament of fine gold, [so is] a wise reprover upon an obedient ear.

Let the righteous smite me; [it shall be] a kindness: and let him reprove me; [it shall be] an excellent oil, [which] shall not break my head: for yet my prayer also [shall be] in their calamities.


A fool despises his father’s instruction: but he that regards reproof (rebuke; scolding) is prudent.


The hearing ear, and the seeing eye, the Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] has made even both of them.

You2f daughters of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], weep over Sha’ul [desired], who clothed you in scarlet, with [other] delights, who put on ornaments of gold upon your apparel.


The gold and the crystal cannot equal it: and the exchange of it [shall not be for] jewels of fine gold.


[It is] better to hear the rebuke (reprimand; strongly warn; restrain) of the wise, than for a man to hear the song of fools.


And I put a jewel on youri forehead, and earrings in youri ears, and a beautiful crown upon youri head.
