For there shall be no reward to the evil [man]; the candle of the wicked shall be put out.

The light of the righteous rejoices: but the lamp of the wicked shall be put out.


Whoso corsets his father or his mother, his lamp shall be put out in obscure darkness.


Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and sulfur, and an horrible tempest: [this shall be] the portion of their cup.


How oft is the candle of the wicked put out! and [how oft] comes their destruction upon them! [God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]] distributes sorrows in his anger.


Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever.


“The foolish virgins said to the wise: ‘Give us some of your oil because our lamps have gone out’”.


“but the sons of the Kingdom will be cast into the darkness of Gei-Hinnom [hell, valley of evil counsel]; there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth”.


Woe unto the wicked! [it shall be] ill [with him]: for the reward of his hands shall be given him.


For surely there is an end; and youi expectation shall not be cut off.


The wicked shall be turned into hell, [and] all the nations that forget God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered].


Let not him that is deceived trust in vanity: for vanity shall be his recompense.


He that has a perverse (twisted) [habitually disposed to disobedience and opposition] heart finds no good: and he that has a perverse tongue falls into mischief.


An high look, and a proud heart, [and] the plowing of the wicked, [is] sin.


For they shall soon be cut down like the grass, and wither as the green herb.
