Now there cried a certain woman of the wives of the sons of the prophets unto Eli-sha [my God is salvation], saying, Your1s servant my husband is dead; and youi know that youri servant did fear the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate): and the creditor is come to take with him my two sons to be slaves.


He that oppresses the poor to increase his [riches, and] he that gives to the rich, [shall] surely [come] to lack.


The poor uses entreaties; but the rich answers roughly.


But you2f have despised the poor. Do not rich men oppress you, and draw you before the judgment seats?


“But he had nothing to give and his master commanded to sell him and his children and all which was his to repay the value”.


Rob not the poor, because he [is] poor: neither oppress the afflicted in the gate:


He that oppresses the poor reproaches his Maker: but he that honours him has mercy on the poor.


Go to now, [you2f] rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon [you].


That we may buy the poor for silver, and the needy for a pair of shoes; [yes], and sell the refuse of the wheat?


Hear this, O you2f that swallow (to approve, commend, accept) up the needy, even to make the poor of the land to fail,


Hear this word, your2f cattle of Bashan [Fruitful], that [are] in the mountain of Shomron [watch mountain], which oppress the poor, which crush the needy, which say to their masters, Bring, and let us drink.


And it shall be, as with the people, so with the priest; as with the servant, so with his master; as with the maid, so with her mistress; as with the buyer, so with the seller; as with the lender, so with the borrower; as with the taker of usury (interest paid for using money), so with the giver of usury (interest paid for using money) to him.


Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, cries: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord - Kurios of Tzva’ot [Lord - Kurios of the Armies of Israel].


Thus says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate); For three transgressions of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], and for four, I will not turn away [the punishment] thereof; because they sold the righteous for silver, and the poor for a pair of shoes;
