When the scorner is punished, the simple is made wise: and when the wise is instructed, he receives knowledge.

Smite a scorner, and the simple will beware: and reprove one that has understanding, [and] he will understand knowledge.


The heart of the prudent gets knowledge; and the ear of the wise seeks knowledge.


Give [instruction] to a wise [man], and he will be yet wiser: teach a just [man], and he will increase in learning.


And Ananias hearing these words fell down, and gave up the ghost: and great fear came on all them that heard these things.

And all Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] that [were] round about them fled at the cry of them: for they said, Lest the earth swallow (to approve, commend, accept) us up [also].


He that reproves a scorner gets to himself shame: and he that rebukes a wicked [man gets] himself a blot.
