Whoso corsets his father or his mother, his lamp shall be put out in obscure darkness.

And he that curses his father, or his mother, shall surely be put to death.


[There is] a generation [that] curses their father, and does not bless their mother.


For there shall be no reward to the evil [man]; the candle of the wicked shall be put out.


Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever.


For The Mighty One said: “Honour your father and your mother and he who curses his father and mother will surely be put to death”


The eye [that] mocks at [his] father, and despises to obey [his] mother, the ravens of the valley shall pick it out, and the young eagles shall eat it.


For every one that curses his father or his mother shall be surely put to death: he has cursed his father or his mother; his blood [shall be] upon him.

“Then the king said to his servants: ‘Bind his hands and feet and cast him to the lower most and lowest hell; in that place will be weeping and gnashing of teeth’”.


The light of the righteous rejoices: but the lamp of the wicked shall be put out.


Cursed [be] he that sets light by his father or his mother. And all the people shall say, Amen.


He shall be driven from light into darkness, and chased out of the world.


An inheritance [may be] gotten hastily at the beginning; but the end thereof shall not be Blessed (Favored by God; happy; prosperous).
