The heart of the wise teaches his mouth, and adds learning to his lips.
The heart of the righteous studies to answer: but the mouth of the wicked pours out evil things.
Let the word of Moshiach [Messiah] dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord - Kurios.
My heart is indicting a good matter: I speak of the things which I have made touching the king: my tongue [is] the pen of a ready writer.
The wise in heart shall be called prudent: and the sweetness of the lips increases learning.
Understanding [is] a wellspring of life unto him that has it: but the instruction of fools [is] folly.
Shall not they teach youi, [and] tell youi, and utter words out of their heart?
Should a wise man utter vain knowledge, and fill his belly with the east wind?
That youi may regard discretion, and [that] youi lips may keep knowledge.
The lips of the wise disperse knowledge: but the heart of the foolish [does] not so.
