Without counsel purposes are disappointed: but in the multitude of counselors they are established.
Where no counsel [is], the people fall: but in the multitude of counselors [there is] safety.
[Every] purpose is established by counsel: and with good advice make war.
Because to every purpose there is time and judgment, therefore the misery of man [is] great upon him.
Now therefore come, let me, I pray youi, give youri counsel, that youi may save youri own life, and the life of youri son Shlomo (Solomon) [peace].
Folly [is] joy to [him that is] destitute of wisdom: but a man of understanding walks uprightly.
A man has joy by the answer of his mouth: and a word [spoken] in due season, how good [is it]!
And David [beloved] consulted with the captains of thousands and hundreds, [and] with every leader.
For by wise counsel youi shall make youi war: and in multitude of counselors [there is] safety.
