Better [is] a dinner of herbs where love is, than a stalled ox and hatred therewith.

Better [is] a dry morsel, and quietness therewith, than an house full of sacrifices [with] strife.


[It is] better to dwell in the wilderness, than with a contentious (loving to quarrel and angrily debate) and an angry woman.


And we have known and believed the love that God-The Father has to us. God-The Father is love; and he that dwells in love dwells in God-The Father, and God-The Father in him.


If [there be] therefore any consolation in Moshiach [Messiah], if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit [Ruach], if any bowels (inward parts; affections) and mercies,


“He again sent other servants saying: ‘Tell those who are invited, behold I have prepared a feast, I have killed oxen and fowl, and all is ready. Come to the wedding ceremony’”.


And bring here the fatted calf, and kill [it]; and let us eat, and be merry:


Better [is] an handful [with] quietness, than both the hands full [with] travail and anguish of spirit.


Better [is] a little with righteousness than great revenues without right.
