As sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; as poor, yet making many rich; as having nothing, and [yet] possessing all things.


Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;


A merry heart makes a cheerful Countenance (Face, appearance; show favor): but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken.


A merry heart does good [like] a medicine: but a broken spirit dries the bones.


And not only [so], but we also joy in God-The Father through our Lord - Kurios [he to whom a person belongs] Yeshua [God is Salvation] Moshiach [Messiah], by whom we have now received the atonement.


For as the sufferings of Moshiach [Messiah] abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Moshiach [Messiah].


And at midnight Sha’ul [desired] and Silas [woody] prayed, and sang praises unto God-The Father: and the prisoners heard them.


But rejoice, inasmuch as you2f are partakers of Moshiach [Messiah]’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, you2f may be glad also with exceeding joy.


Understanding [is] a wellspring of life unto him that has it: but the instruction of fools [is] folly.


For our rejoicing is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in simplicity and godly with incorruption, not with fleshly wisdom, but by the grace of God-The Father, we have had our Conversation (behavior; way of life; community) in the world, and more abundantly to you-ward (in custody, with a guard; prison).


And Ya’akov said unto Pharaoh, The days of the years of my pilgrimage [are] an hundred and thirty years: few and evil have the days of the years of my life been, and have not attained unto the days of the years of the life of my fathers in the days of their pilgrimage.


And all his sons and all his daughters rose up to comfort him; but he refused to be comforted; and he said, For I will go down into the grave unto my son mourning. In the following manner his father wept for him.


The heart of him that has understanding seeks knowledge: but the mouth of fools feeds on foolishness.


Better [is] little with the fear of the Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] than great treasure and trouble therewith.
