Forasmuch as you2f know that you2f were not redeemed with corruptible things, [as] silver and gold, from your vain Conversation (behavior; way of life; community) [received] by tradition from your fathers;


And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, you2f shall receive a crown of glory that fades not away.


From this time forth (from now on) there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord - Kurios, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.


And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the Firmament (expanse or vault over the earth); and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars forever and ever.


But we will certainly do whatsoever thing goes forth out of our own mouth, to burn incense unto the queen of heaven, and to pour out drink offerings unto her, as we have done, we, and our fathers, our kings, and our princes, in the cities of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised], and in the streets of Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace]: for [then] had we plenty of victuals (food for humans), and were well, and saw no evil.


O Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), my strength, and my fortress, and my refuge in the day of affliction, the Gentiles shall come unto youi from the ends of the earth, and shall say, Surely our fathers have inherited lies, vanity, and [things] wherein [there is] no profit.


The wise shall inherit glory: but shame shall be the promotion of fools.


[He that is] soon angry deals foolishly: and a man of wicked devices is hated.


The evil bow before the good; and the wicked at the gates of the righteous.
