A wise [man] fears, and departs from evil: but the fool rages, and is confident.

A prudent [man] foresees the evil, and hides himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished.


Be not wise in youi own eyes: fear the Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate], and depart from evil.


Abstain from all appearance of evil.


[If] a wise man contends with a foolish man, whether he rage or laugh, [there is] no rest.


Happy [is] the man that fears always: but he that hardens his heart shall fall into mischief.


The highway of the upright [is] to depart from evil: he that keeps his way preserves his soul.


By mercy and tiniquity is purged: and by the fear of the Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] [men] depart from evil.


And Yosef said unto them the third day, This do, and live; [for] I fear God-Elōhīm [The Living Word - The Many Powered]:


And ‘Esav (hairy) said, I have enough, my brother; keep that youi hast unto thyself.


He goes after her immediately, as an ox goes to the slaughter, or as a fool to the correction of the stocks;


My flesh trembles for fear of youi; and I am afraid of youri judgments.


And he said, Whether they be come out for peace, take them alive; or whether they be come out for war, take them alive.


Then Izevel [Ba’al exalts] sent a messenger unto Eliyahu [my God is Yehovah], saying, So let the gods do [to me], and more also, if I make not youri life as the life of one of them by tomorrow about this time.


And [some] of the P’rushim (Pharisees) [separatists] which were with him heard these words, and said unto him, Are we blind also?


The beginning of the words of his mouth [is] foolishness: and the end of his talk [is] mischievous madness.


And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord-Adonai (The Father) [Greatest Above All Things], that [is] wisdom; and to depart from evil [is] understanding.


Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.


But the former governors that [had been] before me were chargeable unto the people, and had taken of them bread and wine, beside forty shekels of silver; yes, even their servants bore rule over the people: but so did not I, because of the fear of God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered].


The simple believeth every word: but the prudent [man] looks well to his going.


[He that is] soon angry deals foolishly: and a man of wicked devices is hated.


And when the ass saw the angel of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), she fell down under Bil’am [Not of the People]: and Bil’am [Not of the People]’s anger was kindled, and he struck the ass with a staff.


There was a man in the land of ‘Utz [wooded], whose name [was] Iyov [hated]; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], and eschewed evil.


For the turning away of the simple shall slay them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them.
