The soul of the sluggard desires, and [has] nothing: but the soul of the diligent shall be made fat.

He that tills his land shall be satisfied with bread: but he that follows vain [persons is] void of understanding.


He becomes poor that deals [with] a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent makes rich.


The liberal soul shall be made fat: and he that waters shall be watered also himself.


He that is of a proud heart stirs up strife: but he that puts his trust in the Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] shall be made fat.


And we desire that every one of you do show the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end:


Labour not for the meat which perishes, but for that meat which endures unto everlasting life, which the Son of Man shall give unto you: for him has God-The Father the Father sealed.


Blessed (Favored by God; happy; prosperous) [is] the man that hears me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors.


And the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) shall guide youi continually, and satisfy youri soul in drought, and make fat youri bones: and youi shall be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.


The slothful [man] says, [There is] a lion in the way; a lion [is] in the streets.


They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing;


Who can count the dust of Ya’akov [Heal of God], and the number of the fourth [part] of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God]? Let me die the death of the righteous, and let my last end be like his!


Go to the ant, youi sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise:


The slothful [man] roasts not that which he took in hunting: but the substance of a diligent man [is] precious.


He that keeps his mouth keeps his life: [but] he that opens wide his lips shall have destruction.


A righteous [man] hates lying: but a wicked [man] is loathsome, and cometh to shame.


The sluggard will not plow by reason of the cold; [therefore] shall he beg in harvest, and [have] nothing.


The thoughts of the diligent [tend] only to plenteousness; but of every one [that is] hasty only to lack.


The desire of the slothful kills him; for his hands refuse to labour.


And it came to pass the same day that Yitz’chak’s [Laughter] servants came, and told him concerning the well which they had dug, and said unto him, We have found water.


And they returned to Y’hoshua [Yehovah is Salvation], and said unto him, Let not all the people go up; but let about two or three thousand men go up and strike ‘Ai [Heap of Ruins]; [and] make not all the people to labour there; for they [are but] few.


I went by the field of the slothful, and by the vineyard of the man void of understanding;


And, lo, it was all grown over with thorns, [and] nettles had covered the face thereof, and the stone wall thereof was broken down.


I have put off my coat; how shall I put it on? I have washed my feet; how shall I defile them?
