A prudent man conceals knowledge: but the heart of fools proclaim foolishness.

Every prudent [man] deals with knowledge: but a fool lays open [his] folly.


A talebearer reveals secrets: but he that is of a faithful spirit conceals the matter.


Wise [men] lay up knowledge: but the mouth of the foolish [is] near destruction.


The tongue of the wise uses knowledge aright (in the right way): but the mouth of fools pours out foolishness.


In the multitude of words there wants not sin: but he that refrains his lips [is] wise.


Yes also, when he that is a fool walks by the way, his wisdom fails [him], and he says to every one [that] he [is] a fool.


A fool has no delight in understanding, but that his heart may discover (uncover; reveal; have first sight of) itself.


A fool utters all his mind: but a wise [man] keeps it in till afterwards.


And Sha’ul [desired] said unto his uncle, He told us plainly that the asses were found. But of the matter of the kingdom, whereof Sh’mu’el [His name is El] spoke, he told him not.


And I arose in the night, I and some few men with me; neither told I [any] man what my God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] had put in my heart to do at Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace]: neither [was there any] beast with me, save the beast that I rode upon.


And the rulers knew not to which I went, or what I did; neither had I as yet told [it] to the Y’hudim (Judeans), nor to the priests, nor to the nobles, nor to the rulers, nor to the rest that did the work.


Wisdom rests in the heart of him that has understanding: but [that which is] in the midst of fools is made known.
