By the blessing of the upright the city is exalted: but it is overthrown by the mouth of the wicked.

Righteousness exalts a nation: but sin [is] a reproach (disgrace; shame) to any people.


Scornful men bring a city into a snare: but wise [men] turn away wrath.


And the tongue [is] a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell.


Now there was found in it a poor wise man, and he by his wisdom delivered the city; yet no man remembered that same poor man.


He shall deliver the island of the innocent: and it is delivered by the pureness of youi hands.


And there happened to be there a man of Belial [Worthless, Good for Nothing], whose name [was] Sheva [Seven], the son of Bikhri [youthful], from the tribe of Binyamin [A Son of the Right Hand]: and he blew a trumpet, and said, We have no part in David [beloved], neither have we inheritance in the son of Yishai [I possess]: every man to his tents, O Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God].


So now [it was] not you [that] sent me to this place (till this point in time), but God-Elōhīm [The Living Word - The Many Powered]: and he has made me a father to Pharaoh (Great House), and lord of all his house, and a ruler throughout all the land of Mitzrayim [Egypt] (Double Distress or Double Stronghold, Black Land).


When it goes well with the righteous, the city rejoices: and when the wicked perish, [there is] shouting.


He that is void of wisdom despises his neighbour: but a man of understanding holds his peace.


For the transgression of a land many [are] the princes thereof: but by a man of understanding [and] knowledge the state [thereof] shall be prolonged.
