The rich man’s wealth [is] his strong city, and as an high wall in his own conceit.


All the brethren of the poor do hate him: how much more do his friends go far from him? he pursues [them with] words, [yet] they [are] wanting [to him].


Lo, [this is] the man [that] made not God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] his strength; but trusted in the abundance of his riches, [and] strengthened himself in his wickedness.


The poor is hated even of his own neighbour: but the rich [has] many friends.


For wisdom [is] a defense, [and] money [is] a defense: but the excellency of knowledge [is, that] wisdom gives life to them that have it.


Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God-The Father, who gives us richly all things to enjoy;


And I will say to my soul, Soul, youi have much goods laid up for many years; take youri ease, eat, drink, [and] be merry.


And the disciples were astonished at his words. But Yeshua [God is Salvation] answer again, and says unto them, Children, how hard is it for them that trust in riches to enter into the kingdom of God-Theos!


Thus says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), Let not the wise [man] glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty [man] glory in his might, let not the rich [man] glory in his riches:


They that trust in their wealth, and boast themselves in the multitude of their riches;
