Then commanded Belshazzar, and they clothed Dani’el [God is Judge] with scarlet, and [put] a chain of gold about his neck, and made a proclamation concerning him, that he should be the third ruler in the kingdom.


She shall give to youi head an ornament of grace: a crown of glory shall she deliver to youi.


So shall they be life unto youi soul, and grace to youi neck.

Your1s cheeks are comely (attractive; proper (one’s own; peculiar; particular); becoming) with rows [of jewels], youri neck with chains [of gold].


And I have heard of youi, that youi can make interpretations, and dissolve doubts: now if youi can read the writing, and make known to me the interpretation thereof, youi shall be clothed with scarlet, and [have] a chain of gold about youi neck, and shall be the third ruler in the kingdom.


The king cried aloud to bring in the astrologers, the Kasdim [clod-breakers], and the soothsayers. [And] the king spoke, and said to the wise [men] of Bavel (to jumble, or a confused medley of sounds; confusion; gate of the deity) (Babylon) [confusion], Whosoever shall read this writing, and show me the interpretation thereof, shall be clothed with scarlet, and [have] a chain of gold about his neck, and shall be the third ruler in the kingdom.


youi have ravished my heart, my sister, [my] spouse; youi have ravished my heart with one of youi eyes, with one chain of youi neck.


Therefore pride compasses them about as a chain; violence covers them [as] a garment.


Let not mercy and tforsake youi: bind them about youi neck; write them upon the table of youi heart:


Thus have we obeyed the voice of Yonadav [Yehovah is willing] [Generous] the son of Rekhav [rider] our father in all that he has charged us, to drink no wine all our days, we, our wives, our sons, nor our daughters;
