Numbers 8:12

And the Levi’im (Levites) [Joined to] shall lay their hands upon the heads of the bullocks: and youi shall offer the one [for] a sin offering, and the other [for] a burnt offering, unto the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), to make an atonement for the Levi’im (Levites) [Joined to].

And he killed [it]; and Moshe [He Who Draws Out Of The Waters] took the blood, and put [it] upon the horns of the altar round about with his finger, and purified the altar, and poured the blood at the bottom of the altar, and sanctified it, to make reconciliation upon it.
