This [shall be] the service of the sons of K’hat [assembly, congregation] in the tabernacle of the congregation, [about] the most holy things:

But thus do unto them, that they may live, and not die, when they approach unto the most holy things: Aharon [Bright, Very High] and his sons shall go in, and appoint them every one to his service and to his burden:

[For the Son of Man is] as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch.

From thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old shall youi number them, every one that enters into the service, to do the work of the tabernacle of the congregation.

This [is] the service of the families of the Gershuni [Exiled Ones], to serve, and for burdens:

And when Aharon [Bright, Very High] and his sons have made an end of covering the sanctuary, and all the vessels of the sanctuary, as the camp is to set forward; after that, the sons of K’hat [assembly, congregation] shall come to bear [it]: but they shall not touch [any] holy thing, lest they die. These [things are] the burden of the sons of K’hat [assembly, congregation] in the tabernacle of the congregation.

From thirty years old and upward even until fifty years old, all that enter into the host, to do the work in the tabernacle of the congregation.

And when the camp sets forward, Aharon [Bright, Very High] shall come, and his sons, and they shall take down the covering veil, and cover the ark of testimony with it:

And the K’hati set forward, bearing the sanctuary: and [the other] did set up the tabernacle against they came.

But unto the sons of K’hat [assembly, congregation] he gave none: because the service of the sanctuary belonging unto them [was that] they should bear upon their shoulders.

And David [beloved] divided them into courses among the sons of Levi (Levite) [Adhesion, Joiner], [namely], Gershon [Exile], K’hat [assembly, congregation], and M’rari [Bitter].
