And when Balak [Devastator] heard that Bil’am [Not of the People] was come, he went out to meet him unto a city of Mo’av [Seed of my Father], which [is] in the border of ‘Arnon [Rushing Stream], which [is] in the utmost coast.

And the angel of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) said unto Bil’am [Not of the People], Go with the men: but only the word that I shall speak unto youi, that youi shall speak. So Bil’am [Not of the People] went with the princes of Balak [Devastator].

And Balak [Devastator] said unto Bil’am [Not of the People], Did I not earnestly send unto youi to call youi? wherefore came youi not unto me? am I not able indeed to promote youi to honour?
