Numbers 16:41New Messianic Version BibleBut on the morrow all the congregation of the people of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] murmured against Moshe [He Who Draws Out Of The Waters] and against Aharon [Bright, Very High], saying, You2f have killed the people of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate). See the chapter |
And all the people of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] murmured against Moshe [He Who Draws Out Of The Waters] and against Aharon [Bright, Very High]: and the whole congregation said unto them, Would God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] that we had died in the land of Mitzrayim [Egypt - The Narrow Place]! or would God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] we had died in this wilderness!
Then Amatzyah [Yehovah is mighty] the priest of Beit-El [House of God] sent to Yarov’am [the people will contend] king of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], saying, ‘Amos [burden] has conspired against youi in the midst of the house of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God]: the land is not able to bear all his words.
But Barukh [Blessed (Favored by God; happy; prosperous)] the son of Neriyah [lamp of Yehovah] sets youi on against us, for to deliver us into the hand of the Kasdim [clod-breakers], that they might put us to death, and carry us away captives into Bavel (to jumble, or a confused medley of sounds; confusion; gate of the deity) (Babylon) [confusion].
Therefore the princes said unto the king, We beseech (to call upon; appeal; beg) youi, let this man be put to death: for thus he weakens the hands of the men of war that remain in this city, and the hands of all the people, in speaking such words unto them: for this man seeks not the welfare of this people, but the hurt.
