and at that time were confessing their sins and were baptized by Yochanan [Yah is gracious] in the Yarden [descender] because of his word.

And many that believed came, and confessed, and showed their deeds.

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us [our] sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

[Which stood] only in meats and drinks, and different washings, and carnal (of the flesh, sensual) ordinances, imposed [on them] until the time of reformation.

Yochanan [Yah is gracious] answered all of them “Behold I truly baptize you with water in the days of repentance, but another comes mightier than I, the thong of whose sandal I am not worthy to unfasten. He will baptize you with the fire of Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit [Ruach])”.

Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.

Buried with him in baptism, wherein also you2f are risen with [him] through the faith of the operation of God-The Father, who has raised him from the dead.

And were all baptized unto Moshe [He Who Draws Out Of The Waters] in the cloud and in the sea;

And now why wait youi? arise, and be baptized, and wash away youri sins, calling on the name of the Lord - Kurios.

Then remembered I the word of the Lord - Kurios, how that he said, Yochanan [Yehovah has graced] indeed baptized with water; but you2f shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit [Ruach HaKodesh].

For Yochanan [Yehovah has graced] truly baptized with water; but you2f shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit [Ruach HaKodesh] not many days hence.

Yochanan [Yehovah has graced] answered, saying unto [them] all, I indeed baptize you with water; but one mightier than I comes, the sandal lace of whose shoes I am not worthy to unloose: he shall baptize you with the Holy Spirit [Ruach HaKodesh] and with fire:

And there went out unto him all the land of Y’hudah [praised], and they of Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace], and were all baptized of him in the river of Yarden [descender], confessing their sins.

And I prayed unto the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) my God-Elohai [The Living Word] (The Many Powered), and made my confession, and said, O Lord-Adonai (The Father) [Greatest Above All Things], the great and dreadful God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], keeping the covenant and mercy to them that love him, and to them that keep his commandments;

Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and you2f shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.

He that covers his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesses and forsakes [them] shall have mercy.

I acknowledged my sin unto youi, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate]; and youi forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah [stop and diligently consider what was just said].

And Y’hoshua [Yehovah is Salvation] said unto ‘Akhan [Troubler], My son, give, I pray youi, glory to the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], and make confession unto him; and tell me now what youi have done; hide [it] not from me.

Then they shall confess their sin which they have done: and he shall recompense his trespass with the principal thereof, and add unto it the fifth [part] thereof, and give [it] unto [him] against whom he has trespassed.

If they shall confess their iniquity, and the iniquity of their fathers, with their trespass which they trespassed against me, and that also they have walked contrary unto me;

And Aharon [Bright, Very High] shall lay both his hands upon the head of the live goat, and confess over him all the iniquities of the people of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], and all their transgressions in all their sins, putting them upon the head of the goat, and shall send [him] away by the hand of a fit man into the wilderness:

The like figure whereunto [even] baptism does also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God-The Father,) by the resurrection of Yeshua [God is Salvation] Moshiach [Messiah]:

Confess [your] faults one to another, and pray one for another, that you2f may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

Now when ‘had prayed, and when he had confessed, weeping and casting himself down before the house of God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], there assembled unto him out of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] a very great congregation of men and women and children: for the people wept very sore.

And many of the people of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heal Of God] shall he turn to the Lord - Kurios their God-Theos.
