“Everyone who wishes to save his soul will lose it for my sake, and he who loses his life in this world for my sake will save his soul for the life of the world to come”.
For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the Gospel (joyful message)’s, the same shall save it.
Go, gather together all the Y’hudim (Judeans) that are present in Shushan [lily], and fast you2f for me, and neither eat nor drink three days, night or day: I also and my maidens will fast likewise; and so will I go in unto the king, which [is] not according to the law: and if I perish, I perish.
For if youi altogether hold youi peace at this time, [then] shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Y’hudim (Judeans) from another place; but youi and youi father’s house shall be destroyed: and who knows whether youi are come to the kingdom for [such] a time as this?
