He spoke to them many things in parables and said to them: “A man went forth from his house in the morning to sow his seed.”

“Some of it fell among rocks where there was no density of soil, and when it sprang up it withered because there was not much soil there.”

And it came to pass, as he sowed, some fell by the way side, and the fowls of the air came and devoured it up.

A sower went out to sow his seed: and as he sowed, some fell by the way side; and it was trampled down, and the fowls of the air devoured it.

And it came to pass, that as he was come near unto Yericho [Its Moon], a certain blind man sat by the way side begging:
