Matthew 1:12New Messianic Version BibleY’khanyahu [Yah estabished] begot Sh’altiel [I asked God (El)]; Sh’altiel [I asked God (El)] begot Z’rubavel [begotten in Babylon (confusion)]. See the chapter |
Then stood up Yeshua [he is saved] the son of Yotzadak [Yehovah is righteous], and his brethren the priests, and Z’rubavel [sown in Babylon] the son of Sh’alti’el [I have asked of God], and his brethren, and built the altar of the God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], to offer burnt offerings thereon, as [it is] written in the law of Moshe [He Who Draws Out Of The Waters] the man of God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered].
And the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) stirred up the spirit of Z’rubavel [sown in Babylon] the son of Sh’alti’el [I have asked of God], governor of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised], and the spirit of Y’hoshua [Yehovah is Salvation] the son of Y’hotzadak [Yehovah is righteous], the High Priest, and the spirit of all the remnant of the people; and they came and did work in the house of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) Tz’va’ot [of the Heavenly Armies], their God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered],
In that day, says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) Tz’va’ot [of the Heavenly Armies], will I take youi, O Z’rubavel [sown in Babylon], my servant, the son of Sh’alti’el [I have asked of God], says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), and will make youi as a signet (seal or stamp): for I have chosen youi, says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) Tz’va’ot [of the Heavenly Armies].
Speak now to Z’rubavel [sown in Babylon] the son of Sh’alti’el [I have asked of God], governor of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised], and to Y’hoshua [Yehovah is Salvation] the son of Y’hotzadak [Yehovah is righteous], the High Priest, and to the residue (part that remains, the rest) of the people, saying,
Then Z’rubavel [sown in Babylon] the son of Sh’alti’el [I have asked of God], and Y’hoshua [Yehovah is Salvation] the son of Y’hotzadak [Yehovah is righteous], the High Priest, with all the remnant of the people, obeyed the voice of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) their God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], and the words of Hagai [festive] the prophet, as the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) their God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] had sent him, and the people did fear before the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate).
In the second year of Daryavesh (Darius) [lord] the king, in the sixth month, in the first day of the month, came the word of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) by Hagai [festive] the prophet unto Z’rubavel [sown in Babylon] the son of Sh’alti’el [I have asked of God], governor of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised], and to Y’hoshua [Yehovah is Salvation] the son of Y’hotzadak [Yehovah is righteous], the High Priest, saying,
Then rose up Z’rubavel [sown in Babylon] the son of Sh’alti’el [I have asked of God], and Yeshua [he is saved] the son of Yotzadak [Yehovah is righteous], and began to build the house of God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] which [is] at Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace]: and with them [were] the prophets of God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] helping them.
And it came to pass in the seven and thirtieth year of the captivity of Y’hoyakhin [Yehovah establishes] king of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised], in the twelfth month, on the seven and twentieth [day] of the month, [that] Eveel-M’rodakh [man of bitter contrition] king of Bavel (to jumble, or a confused medley of sounds; confusion; gate of the deity) (Babylon) [confusion] in the year that he began to reign did lift up the head (commuted the sentence) of Y’hoyakhin [Yehovah establishes] king of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised] releasing him out of prison;
Which N’vukhadnetzar [May Nebo protect the crown] king of Bavel (to jumble, or a confused medley of sounds; confusion; gate of the deity) (Babylon) [confusion] took not, when he carried away captive Y’khanyahu [Yehovah will establish] the son of Y’hoyakim [Yehovah raises up] king of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised] from Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace] to Bavel (to jumble, or a confused medley of sounds; confusion; gate of the deity) (Babylon) [confusion], and all the nobles of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised] and Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace];
Z’rubavel [begotten in Babylon (confusion)] begot Avihud [Father of praise, Father of renown (great reputation; being well-known)]; Avihud [Father of praise, Father of renown (great reputation; being well-known)] begot Elyakim [God will establish]; Elyakim [God will establish] begot ‘Azor [a helper].
So all the generations from Avraham [Exalted Father] unto David [Beloved] were fourteen generations and from David [Beloved] unto the exile in Bavel (to jumble, or a confused medley of sounds; confusion; gate of the deity) were fourteen generations and from the exile in Bavel (to jumble, or a confused medley of sounds; confusion; gate of the deity) unto Yeshua [God is Salvation] were fourteen generations.
