And at the season he sent a slave to the husbandmen, that they should give him of the fruit of the vineyard: but the husbandmen beat him, and sent [him] away empty.

Nevertheless they were disobedient, and rebelled against youi, and cast youi law behind their backs, and killed youi prophets which testified against them to turn them to youi, and they wrought great provocations.

For what reason, my brethren, you2f also are become dead to the law by the body of Moshiach [Messiah]; that you2f should be married to another, [even] to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God-The Father.

Then Pash’chur [freedom] struck Yirmeyahu [whom Yehovah has appointed] the prophet, and put him in the stocks that [were] in the high gate of Binyamin [Son of the Right Hand/Strength], which [was] by the house of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate).

Neither say they in their heart, Let us now fear the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) our God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], that gives rain, both the former and the latter, in his season: he reserves unto us the appointed weeks of the harvest.

In vain have I smitten your children; they received no correction: your own sword has devoured your prophets, like a destroying lion.

And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he does shall prosper.

Yet many years did youi refrain (restrain; refrein from acting) them, and testified against them by youi spirit in youi prophets: yet would they not give ear: therefore gave youi them into the hand of the people of the lands.

But Tzidkiyah [Yehovah is righteous] the son of Kena’anah [trader] went near, and struck Mikhay’hu [who is like God?] on the cheek, and said, Which way went the Spirit of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) from me to speak to youi?

Then began he to speak to the people this parable; A certain man planted a vineyard, and let it forth to husbandmen, and went into a far country for a long time.

And again he sent another slave: and they beat him also, and entreated [him] shamefully, and sent [him] away empty.

For what reason Hanun [gracious] took David’s [beloved]’s servants, and shaved them, and cut off their garments in the midst beside their buttocks, and sent them away.
