And will not rather say unto him, Make ready which I may eat, and gird yourself, and serve me, till I have eaten and drunken; and afterward youi shall eat and drink?

Blessed (Favored by God; happy; prosperous) [are] those servants, whom the lord when he comes shall find watching: truly I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them.

And when Yosef (Increaser; May God the Powerful One add [Yah]) saw Binyamin (This Son Is Strength) with them, he said to the ruler of his house, Bring [these] men home, and slay, and make ready; for [these] men shall dine with me at noon.

Then David [beloved] arose from the earth, and washed, and anointed [himself], and changed his apparel, and came into the house of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), and worshipped: then he came to his own house; and when he required, they set bread before him, and he did eat.

But which of you, having a slave plowing or feeding cattle, will say unto him by and by, when he is come from the field, Go and sit down to meat?

Does he thank that slave because he did the things that were commanded him? I trow (to think; believe; trust) not.

He rises from supper, and laid aside his garments; and took a towel, and girded himself.
