And Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] set liers in wait round about Giv’ah [Hill].

But do not youi yield unto them: for there lie in wait for him of them more than forty men, which have bound themselves with an oath, that they will neither eat nor drink till they have killed him: and now are they ready, looking for a promise from youi.

Then said I, Wisdom [is] better than strength: nevertheless the poor man’s wisdom [is] despised, and his words are not heard.

Wisdom strengthens the wise more than ten mighty [men] which are in the city.

And Sha’ul [desired] came to a city of ‘Amalek [Dweller in a Valley], and laid wait in the valley.

Thus says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) Tz’va’ot [of the Heavenly Armies], I remember [that] which ‘Amalek [Dweller in a Valley] did to Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], how he laid [wait] for him in the way, when he came up from Mitzrayim [Egypt - The Narrow Place].

So the children of Binyamin [Son of the Right Hand/Strength] saw that they were smitten: for the men of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] gave place to the Binyamini, because they trusted unto the liers in wait which they had set beside Giv’ah [Hill].

And all the men of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] rose up out of their place, and put themselves in array (to put on; to clothe) at Ba’al-Tamar [palm-tree] (lord of the Palms): and the liers in wait of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] came forth out of their places, [even] out of the meadows of Giv’ah [Hill].

And the men of Sh’khem [Shoulder] set liers in wait for him in the top of the mountains, and they robbed all that came along that way by them: and it was told Avi-Melekh [My Father is King].

And all the people that [were] in ‘Ai [Heap of Ruins] were called together to pursue after them: and they pursued after Y’hoshua [Yehovah is Salvation], and were drawn away from the city.

So Y’hoshua [Yehovah is Salvation] arose, and all the people of war, to go up against ‘Ai [Heap of Ruins]: and Y’hoshua [Yehovah is Salvation] chose out thirty thousand mighty men of valour, and sent them away by night.

And the king arose in the night, and said unto his servants, I will now show you what the Aram [Syrians] have done to us. They know that we [be] hungry; therefore are they gone out of the camp to hide themselves in the field, saying, When they come out of the city, we shall catch them alive, and get into the city.

But Yarov’am [the people will contend] caused an ambush to come about behind them: so they were before Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised], and the ambush [was] behind them.

Now therefore up by night, youi and the people that [is] with youi, and lie in wait in the field:
