And Y’hoshua [Yehovah is Salvation] rent his clothes, and fell to the earth upon his face before the ark of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) until the eventide, he and the elders of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], and put dust upon their heads.

Then all the people of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], and all the people, went up, and came unto the house of God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], and wept, and sat there before the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), and fasted that day until even, and offered burnt offerings and peace offerings before the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate).

(And the people of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] went up and wept before the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) until even, and asked counsel of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), saying, Shall I go up again to battle against the children of Binyamin [Son of the Right Hand/Strength] my brother? And the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) said, Go up against him.)

Get you up from among this congregation, that I may consume them as in a moment. And they fell upon their faces.

And they fell upon their faces, and said, O God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], the God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] of the spirits of all flesh, shall one man sin, and will youi be exceedingly angry with all the congregation?

And Y’hoshua [Yehovah is Salvation] said, Alas, O Lord-Adonai [Greatest Above All Things] GOD-Yehōvih (THE FATHER), wherefore have youi at all brought this people over Yarden [Descender], to deliver us into the hand of the Emori [Highlanders], to destroy us? would to God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] we had been content, and dwelt on the other side Yarden [Descender]!

Then David [beloved] took hold on his clothes, and rent them; and likewise all the men that [were] with him:

Now when ‘had prayed, and when he had confessed, weeping and casting himself down before the house of God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], there assembled unto him out of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] a very great congregation of men and women and children: for the people wept very sore.

Now in the twenty and fourth day of this month the people of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] were assembled with fasting, and with sackclothes, and earth upon them.

And in every province, to wherever the king’s commandment and his decree came, [there was] great mourning among the Y’hudim (Judeans), and fasting, and weeping, and wailing; and many lay in sackcloth and ashes.
