But Y’hoshua [Yehovah is Salvation] had said unto the two men that had spied out the country, Go into the prostitute’s house, and bring out there the woman, and all that she has, as you2f swore unto her.

By faith the prostitute Rachav [Pride] [Wide] perished not with them that believed not, when she had received the spies with peace.

And the city shall be accursed, [even] it, and all that [are] in it, to the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate): only Rachav [Wide] the prostitute shall live, she and all that [are] with her in the house, because she hid the messengers that we sent.

[As] I live, says the Lord-Adonai [Greatest Above All Things] GOD-Yehōvih (THE FATHER), surely in the place [where] the king [dwells] that made him king, whose oath he despised, and whose covenant he broke, [even] with him in the midst of Bavel (to jumble, or a confused medley of sounds; confusion; gate of the deity) (Babylon) [confusion] he shall die.

And has taken of the king’s seed, and made a covenant with him, and has taken an oath of him: he has also taken the mighty of the land:

In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honours them that fear the Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate]. [He that] swears to [his own] hurt, and changes not.

But the king spared M’fivoshet [exterminating the idol], the son of Y’honatan [Yehovah has Given] the son of Sha’ul [desired], because of the Lord-Yehōvah’s [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] oath that [was] between them, between David [beloved] and Y’honatan [Yehovah has Given] the son of Sha’ul [desired].

And the king called the Giv’onim [little hill; hilly], and said unto them; (now the Giv’onim [little hill; hilly] [were] not of the people of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], but of the remnant of the Emori [Highlanders]; and the people of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] had sworn unto them: and Sha’ul [desired] sought to slay them in his zeal to the people of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] and Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised].)

And Y’hoshua [Yehovah is Salvation] made peace with them, and made a league with them, to let them live: and the princes of the congregation swore unto them.

And the young men that were spies went in, and brought out Rachav [Wide], and her father, and her mother, and her brethren, and all that she had; and they brought out all her family, and left them without the camp of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God].

And when he showed them the entrance into the city, they struck the city with the edge of the sword; but they let go the man and all his family.
