Joshua 2:5New Messianic Version BibleAnd it came to pass [about the time] of shutting of the gate, when it was dark, that the men went out: to which the men went I know not: pursue after them quickly; for you2f shall overtake them. See the chapter |
And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine.
In those days, and in that time, says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), the iniquity of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] shall be sought for, and [there shall be] none; and the sins of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised], and they shall not be found: for I will pardon them whom I reserve.
And it came to pass, that when the gates of Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace] began to be dark before the Shabbat [Rest], I commanded that the gates should be shut, and charged that they should not be opened till after the Shabbat [Rest]: and [some] of my servants set I at the gates, [that] there should no burden be brought in on the Shabbat [Rest] day.
