And as the king passed by, he cried unto the king: and he said, Your1s servant went out into the thick of the battle; and, behold, a man turned aside, and brought a man unto me, and said, Keep this man: if by any means he be missing, then shall youri life be for his life, or else youi shall pay a talent (weight of money; weight; gift) of silver.
And Y’hoshua [Yehovah is Salvation] saved Rachav [Wide] the prostitute alive, and her father’s household, and all that she had; and she dwells in Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] [even] unto this day; because she hid the messengers, which Y’hoshua [Yehovah is Salvation] sent to spy out Yericho [Its Moon].
And the time drew near that Isra’el (he who holds onto God-The Creator) must die: and he called his son Yosef (Increaser; May God the Powerful One add [Yah]), and said unto him, If now I have found grace in youri sight, put, I pray youi, youri hand under my thigh, and deal kindly and truly with me; bury me not, I pray youi, in Mitzrayim [Egypt] (Double Distress or Double Stronghold, Black Land):
And David [beloved] sent messengers unto the men of Yavesh-Gil’ad [Dry Hill of Testimony], and said unto them, Blessed (Favored by God; happy; prosperous) [be] you2f of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), that you2f have showed this kindness unto your lord, [even] unto Sha’ul [desired], and have buried him.
