And at Beit-Markavot [Houseof the Chariots], and Hatzar-Susim [village of horses], and at Beit-Bir’i [house of a creative one], and at Sha’arayim [double gate]. These [were] their cities unto the reign of David [beloved].
And it came to pass, when David [beloved] and his men were come to Ziklag [Winding] on the third day, that the ‘Amalekim [Dwellers in a Valley] had invaded the south, and Ziklag [Winding], and smitten Ziklag [Winding], and burned it with fire;
Then Akhish [meaning disputed; I will blacken (or terrify) or only a man] gave him Ziklag [Winding] that day: wherefore Ziklag [Winding] pertains unto the kings of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised] unto this day.
