Joel 2:17

Let the priests, the ministers of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), weep between the porch and the altar, and let them say, Spare youi people, O Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), and give not youri heritage to reproach (disgrace; shame), that the heathen should rule over them: wherefore should they say among the people, Where [is] their God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]?

And he brought me into the inner court of the Lord-Yehōvah’s [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] house, and, behold, at the door of the temple of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), between the porch and the altar, [were] about five and twenty men, with their backs toward the temple of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), and their faces toward the east; and they worshipped the sun toward the east.

For what reason should the heathen say, Where [is] now their God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]?

For what reason should the heathen say, Where [is] their God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]? let him be known among the heathen in our sight [by] the revenging of the blood of youri servants [which is] shed.

“In order to place upon you the blood of every righteous one which has been poured out upon the earth, from the blood of Abel the righteous unto the blood of Z’kharyah Ben-Berekhyah [Yah remembers, son of Yah blesses] whom you killed between the temple and the altar”.

And it came to pass, [that] when they had made an end of eating the grass of the land, then I said, O Lord-Adonai [Greatest Above All Things] GOD-Yehōvih (THE FATHER), forgive, I beseech (to call upon; appeal; beg) youi: by whom shall Ya’akov [Heal of God] arise? for he [is] small.

The meat offering and the drink offering is cut off from the house of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate); the priests, the Lord-Yehōvah’s [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] ministers, mourn.

Take with you words, and turn to the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate): say unto him, Take away all iniquity, and receive [us] graciously: so will we render the calves of our lips.

And the porch before the temple of the house, twenty cubits [was] the length thereof, according to the breadth of the house; [and] ten cubits [was] the breadth thereof before the house.

And he said, If now I have found grace in youi sight, O Lord-Adonai (The Father) [Lord Above All Things], let my Lord-Adonai (The Father) [Lord Above All Things], I pray youi, go among us; for it [is] a stiff-necked people; and pardon our iniquity and our sin, and take us for youi inheritance.

Then [she that is] my enemy shall see [it], and shame shall cover her which said unto me, Where is the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) youi God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]? my eyes shall behold her: now shall she be trampled down as the mire of the streets.

Then said I, O Lord-Adonai [Greatest Above All Things] GOD-Yehōvih (THE FATHER), cease, I beseech (to call upon; appeal; beg) youi: by whom shall Ya’akov [Heal of God] arise? for he [is] small.

But I wrought for my name’s sake, that it should not be polluted before the heathen, among whom they [were], in whose sight I made myself known unto them, in bringing them forth out of the land of Mitzrayim [Egypt - The Narrow Place].

Now therefore, O Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) our God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], save us from his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that youi [are] the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), [even] youi only.

Wherewith youri enemies have reproached, O Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate]; wherewith they have reproached the footsteps of youri anointed.

All that pass by the way spoil (plunder; prey; booty) him: he is a reproach (disgrace; shame) to his neighbours.

We are become a reproach (disgrace; shame) to our neighbours, a scorn and ridicule (laughing at enemies’ threats) to them that are round about us.

O God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], how long shall the adversary reproach (disgrace; shame)? shall the enemy blaspheme youri name forever?

[As] with a sword in my bones, mine enemies reproach (disgrace; shame) me; while they say daily unto me, Where [is] youri God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]?

Then Shlomo (Solomon) [peace] offered burnt offerings unto the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) on the altar of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), which he had built before the porch,

Were it not that I feared the wrath of the enemy, lest their adversaries should behave themselves strangely, [and] lest they should say, Our hand [is] high, and the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) has not done all this.

‘Since he trusted in The Mighty One; let Him save him now if He wishes, because he said, he is the Son of The Mighty One’.

And now, I pray you, beseech (to call upon; appeal; beg) God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] that he will be gracious unto us: this has been by your means: will he regard your persons? says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) Tz’va’ot [of the Heavenly Armies].

Behold, we [are] servants this day, and [for] the land that youi gave unto our fathers to eat the fruit thereof and the good thereof, behold, we [are] servants in it:

Gird yourselves, and lament, you2f priests: howl, you2f ministers of the altar: come, lie all night in sackcloth, you2f ministers of my God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]: for the meat offering and the drink offering is withheld from the house of your God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered].

My tears have been my meat day and night, while they continually say unto me, Where [is] youri God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]?

Then will I pluck them up by the roots out of my land which I have given them; and this house, which I have sanctified for my name, will I cast out of my sight, and will make it [to be] a proverb and a byword among all nations.

Then will I cut off Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] out of the land which I have given them; and this house, which I have consecrated for my name, will I cast out of my sight; and Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] shall be a proverb and a byword among all people:

And youi shall become an astonishment, a proverb, and a byword, among all nations to which the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) shall lead youi.

And, behold, one of the people of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] came and brought unto his brethren a Midyani woman in the sight of Moshe [He Who Draws Out Of The Waters], and in the sight of all the congregation of the people of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], who [were] weeping [before] the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

And in that day did the Lord-Adonai [Greatest Above All Things] GOD-Yehōvih (THE FATHER) Tz’va’ot [of the Heavenly Armies] call to (to do entirely, do wholly) weeping, and to mourning, and to baldness, and to girding with sackcloth:

For the Kena’ani [Merchant] and all the inhabitants of the land shall hear [of it], and shall environ (surround; compass) us round, and cut off our name from the earth: and what will youi do unto youi great name?

When I remember these [things], I pour out my soul in me: for I had gone with the multitude, I went with them to the house of God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], with the voice of joy and praise, with a multitude that kept holyday.

Why are youi cast down, O my soul? and why are youi disquieted within me? hope youi in God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]: for I shall yet praise him, [who is] the health of my Countenance (Face, appearance; show favor), and my God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered].
