Joel 2:13

And rend (tear apart; forcefully rip apart) your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) your God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]: for he [is] gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repents him of the evil.

But youi, O Lord-Adonai [Greatest Above All Things], [are] a God-El [a God] full of compassion, and gracious, longsuffering, and plenteous in mercy and truth.

The Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] [is] near unto them that are of a broken heart; and saves such as be of a contrite spirit.

For thus says the high and lofty One that inhabits eternity, whose name [is] Holy; I dwell in the high and holy [place], with him also [that is] of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.

Who [is] a God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] like unto youi, that pardons iniquity, and passes by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? he retains not his anger forever, because he delights [in] mercy.

For youi, Lord-Adonai [Greatest Above All Things], [are] good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon youi.

The Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] [is] merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.

And he prayed unto the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), and said, I pray youi, O Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), [was] not this my saying, when I was yet in my country? Therefore I fled before unto Tarshish [yellow jasper]: for I knew that youi [are] a gracious God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repent youi of the evil.

For all those [things] has my hand made, and all those [things] have been, says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate): but to this [man] will I look, [even] to [him that is] poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembles at my word.

Then David [beloved] took hold on his clothes, and rent them; and likewise all the men that [were] with him:

Or despise youi the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God-The Father leads youi to repentance?

The sacrifices of God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] [are] a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], youi will not despise.

Because youri heart was tender, and youi have humbled yourself before the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), when youi heard what I spoke against this place, and against the inhabitants thereof, that they should become a desolation and a curse, and have rent youri clothes, and wept before me; I also have heard [youi], says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate).

But God-The Father, who is rich in mercy, for his great love which he loved us,

And he remembered for them his covenant, and repented according to the multitude of his mercies.

Then Iyov [hated] arose, and rent his Mantle (cloak; covering garment) (cloak), and shaved his head, and fell down upon the ground, and worshipped,

The Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) [is] longsuffering, and of great mercy, forgiving iniquity and transgression, and by no means clearing [the guilty], visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth [generation].

And refused to obey, neither were mindful of youi wonders that youi did among them; but hardened their necks, and in their rebellion appointed a captain to return to their bondage: but youi [are] a God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] ready to pardon, gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and forsook them not.

For bodily exercise profits for a little time: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.

The Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) [is] slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit [the wicked]: the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) has his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds [are] the dust of his feet.

And the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace], and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry for all the abominations that be done in the midst thereof.

And it came to pass, when the king heard the words of the woman, that he rent his clothes; and he passed by upon the wall, and the people looked, and, behold, [he had] sackcloth there upon his flesh.

And it came to pass, when the king of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] had read the letter, that he rent his clothes, and said, [Am] I God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], to kill and to make alive, that this man does send unto me to heal a man of his leprosy? Therefore consider, I pray you, and see how he seeks a quarrel against me.

And it came to pass, when Ach’av [father’s brother] heard those words, that he rent his clothes, and put sackcloth upon his flesh, and fasted, and lay in sackcloth, and went softly.

And Ya’akov (he who holds onto the heel of) rent his clothes, and put sackcloth upon his waist, and mourned for his son many days.

And Re’uven (behold a son) returned unto the pit; and, behold, Yosef (Increaser; May God the Powerful One add [Yah]) [was] not in the pit; and he rent his clothes.

Is it such a fast that I have chosen? a day for a man to afflict his soul? [is it] to bow down his head as a bulrush (tall plant near water, such as papyrus), and to spread sackcloth and ashes [under him]? will youi call this a fast, and an acceptable day to the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate)?

And it came to pass, when the king had heard the words of the book of the law, that he rent his clothes.

That there came certain from Sh’khem [Shoulder], from Shiloh [Place of Rest], and from Shomron [watch mountain], [even] eighty men, having their beards shaven, and their clothes rent, and having cut themselves, with offerings and incense in their hand, to bring [them] to the house of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate).

If you2f will still abide in this land, then will I build you, and not pull [you] down, and I will plant you, and not pluck [you] up: for I repent me of the evil that I have done unto you.

O Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], return unto the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) youri God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]; for youi have fallen by youri iniquity.

Then hear youi from heaven, and forgive the sin of youri servants, and of youri people Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], when youi have taught them the good way, wherein they should walk; and send rain upon youi land, which youi have given unto youri people for an inheritance.

It may be they will present their supplication before the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), and will return everyone from his evil way: for great [is] the anger and the fury that the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) has pronounced against this people.

Who can tell [if] God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] will turn and repent, and turn away from his fierce anger, that we perish not?
