Joel 2:1New Messianic Version BibleBlow you2f the trumpet in Tziyon [parched place], and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) comes, for [it is] near at hand; See the chapter |
Fear you2f not me? says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate): will you2f not tremble at my presence, which have placed the sand [for] the bound of the sea by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass it: and though the waves thereof toss themselves, yet can they not prevail; though they roar, yet can they not pass over it?
And whiles I [was] speaking, and praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], and presenting my supplication before the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) my God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] for the holy mountain of my God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered];
O Lord-Adonai (The Father) [Greatest Above All Things], according to all youi righteousness, I beseech (to call upon; appeal; beg) youi, let youi anger and youi fury be turned away from youi city Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace], youi holy mountain: because for our sins, and for the iniquities of our fathers, Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace] and youi people [are become] a reproach (disgrace; shame) to all [that are] about us.
I make a decree, That in every dominion of my kingdom men tremble and fear before the God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] of Dani’el [God is Judge]: for he [is] the living God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], and steadfast forever, and his kingdom [that] which shall not be destroyed, and his dominion [shall be even] unto the end.
And it shall come to pass, when youi shall show this people all these words, and they shall say unto youi, For what reason has the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) pronounced all this great evil against us? or what [is] our iniquity? or what [is] our sin that we have committed against the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) our God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]?
Thus says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate); I am returned unto Tziyon [parched place], and will dwell in the midst of Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace]: and Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace] shall be called a city of truth; and the mountain of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) Tz’va’ot [of the Heavenly Armies] the holy mountain.
