But you2f have despised the poor. Do not rich men oppress you, and draw you before the judgment seats?

Whoso mocks the poor reproaches his Maker: [and] he that is glad at calamities shall not be unpunished.

What? have you2f not houses to eat and to drink in? or despise you2f the church of God-The Father, and shame them that have not? What shall I say to you? shall I praise you in this? I praise [you] not.

He that oppresses the poor reproaches his Maker: but he that honours him has mercy on the poor.

You2f have shamed the counsel of the poor, because the Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] [is] his refuge.

Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, cries: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord - Kurios of Tzva’ot [Lord - Kurios of the Armies of Israel].

And you2f have respect to him that wears the expensive (costly) clothing, and say unto him, Sit youi here in a good place; and say to the poor, Stand youi there, or sit here under my footstool:

And when they found them not, they drew Jason [one who will heal] and certain brethren unto the rulers of the city, crying, These that have turned the world upside down are come here also;

But the Y’hudim (Judeans) [praised of Yah] stirred up the devout and honourable women, and the chief men of the city, and raised persecution against Sha’ul [desired] and Bar-Nabba [son of rest], and expelled them out of their coasts.

As for Sha’ul [desired], he made havock of the church, entering into every house, and haling men and women committed [them] to prison.

And oppress not the widow, nor the fatherless, the stranger, nor the poor; and let none of you imagine evil against his brother in your heart.

Forasmuch therefore as your treading [is] upon the poor, and you2f take from him burdens of wheat: you2f have built houses of cut stone, but you2f shall not dwell in them; you2f have planted pleasant vineyards, but you2f shall not drink wine of them.

If youi see the oppression of the poor, and violent perverting of judgment and justice in a province, marvel not at the matter: for [he that is] higher than the highest regards; and [there be] higher than they.

He that oppresses the poor to increase his [riches, and] he that gives to the rich, [shall] surely [come] to lack.

For the oppression of the poor, for the sighing of the needy, now will I arise, says the Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate]; I will set [him] in safety [from him that] puffs at him.

Youi have seen [it]; for youi behold mischief and spite (anger toward someone; grief), to requite (repay) [it] with youri hand: the poor commits himself unto youi; youi are the helper of the fatherless.

You2f have condemned [and] killed the just; [and] he does not resist you.

And when Gallio [one who lives on milk] was the deputy of Achaia [trouble], the Y’hudim (Judeans) [praised of Yah] made insurrection with one accord against Sha’ul [desired], and brought him to the judgment seat,

youi did strike through with his rods (clubs) the head of his villages: they came out as a whirlwind to scatter me: their rejoicing [was] as to devour the poor secretly.

Hear this word, your2f cattle of Bashan [Fruitful], that [are] in the mountain of Shomron [watch mountain], which oppress the poor, which crush the needy, which say to their masters, Bring, and let us drink.

He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were [our] faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

He crouches, [and] humbles himself, that the poor may fall by his strong ones.

He sits in the lurking places of the villages: in the secret places does he murder the innocent: his eyes are secretly set against the poor.

The wicked in [his] pride does persecute the poor: let them be taken in the devices that they have imagined.

Because he has oppressed [and] has forsaken the poor; [because] he has violently taken away an house which he built not;

Yeshua [God is Salvation] answered, I have not a devil; but I honour my Father, and you2f do dishonour me.

The poor uses entreaties; but the rich answers roughly.

The rich rules over the poor, and the borrower [is] servant to the lender.
