Hosea 3:4

For the people of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] shall abide many days without a king, and without a prince, and without a sacrifice, and without an image, and without an ephod (vest), and [without] teraphim (household gods):

And the man Mikhay’hu [Who is Like God?] had an house of gods, and made an ephod (vest) (ritual vest), and teraphim (household gods) (household gods), and consecrated one of his sons, who became his priest.

And he went out to meet Asa [healer; injurious?], and said unto him, Hear you2f me, Asa [healer; injurious?], and all Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised] and Binyamin [Son of the Right Hand/Strength]; The Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) [is] with you, while you2f be with him; and if you2f seek him, he will be found of you; but if you2f forsake him, he will forsake you.

And Lavan went to shear his sheep: and Rachel had stolen the images that [were] her father’s.

For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remains no more sacrifice for sins,

And from the time [that] the daily [sacrifice] shall be taken away, and the abomination that makes desolate set up, [there shall be] a thousand two hundred and ninety days.

And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make [it] desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

And David [beloved] knew that Sha’ul [desired] secretly practiced mischief against him; and he said to Avyatar [my father is great] the priest, Bring here the ephod (vest).

And Gid’on [Hewer] made an ephod (vest) thereof, and put it in his city, [even] in ‘Ofrah [Fawn]: and all Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] went there a whoring after it: which thing became a snare unto Gid’on [Hewer], and to his house.

And these [are] the garments which they shall make; a breastplate, and an ephod (vest), and a robe, and a adorned with needlework coat, a mitre (turban; ceremonial headdress), and a belt: and they shall make holy garments for Aharon [Bright, Very High] youi brother, and his sons, that he may minister unto me in the priest’s office.

But they cried out, Away with [him], away with [him], crucify him. Pilate [armed with a spear] says unto them, Shall I crucify your King? The chief priests answered, We have no king but Caesar [venerable].

And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace] shall be trampled down of the Goyim [Gentiles], until the times of the Goyim [Gentiles] be fulfilled.

And it shall come to pass in that day, says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) Tz’va’ot [of the Heavenly Armies], [that] I will cut off the names of the idols out of the land, and they shall no more be remembered: and also I will cause the prophets and the unclean spirit to pass out of the land.

I gave youi a king in my anger, and took [him] away in my wrath.

I will also cause all her gladness to cease, her feast days, her new moons, and her Shabbat, and all her solemn feasts.

And arms shall stand on his part, and they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily [sacrifice], and they shall place the abomination that makes desolate.

For the king of Bavel (to jumble, or a confused medley of sounds; confusion; gate of the deity) (Babylon) [confusion] stood at the parting of the way, at the head of the two ways, to use divination: he made [his] arrows bright, he consulted with images, he looked in the liver.

And that which comes into your mind shall not be at all, that you2f say, We will be as the heathen, as the families of the countries, to serve wood and stone.

Moreover the [workers with] familiar spirits (spirit guides), and the wizards, and the images (household gods), and the idols, and all the abominations that were spied in the land of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised] and in Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace], did Yoshiyahu [whom Yehovah heals] put away, that he might perform the words of the law which were written in the Book that Hilkiyahu [my portion is Yehovah] the priest found in the house of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate).

And David [beloved] danced before the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) with all [his] might; and David [beloved] [was] girded with a linen ephod (vest).

And David [beloved] said to Avyatar [my father is great] the priest, Achi-Melekh [my brother is king]’s son, I pray youi, bring me here the ephod (vest). And Avyatar [my father is great] brought there the ephod (vest) to David [beloved].

And it came to pass, when Avyatar [my father is great] the son of Achi-Melekh [my brother is king] fled to David [beloved] to Ke’ilah [Fortress], [that] he came down [with] an ephod (vest) in his hand.

And the king said to Do’eg [fearing], Turn youi, and fall upon the priests. And Do’eg [fearing] the Edomi [red] turned, and he fell upon the priests, and killed on that day eighty and five persons that did wear a linen ephod (vest).

And the priest said, The sword of Golyat [splendor] the P’lishtim [immigrants], whom youi killed in the valley of Elah [an oak], behold, it [is here] wrapped in a cloth behind the ephod (vest): if youi will take that, take [it]: for [there is] no other save that here. And David [beloved] said, [There is] none like that; give it me.

And Achiyah [brother of Yehovah], the son of Achituv [my brother is good], I-Khavod’s brother, the son of Pinchas [mouth of brass], the son of ‘Eli [ascension], the Lord-Yehōvah’s [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] priest in Shiloh [Place of Rest], wearing an ephod (vest). And the people knew not that Y’honatan [Yehovah has Given] was gone.

But Sh’mu’el [His name is El] ministered before the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), [being] a child, girded with a linen ephod (vest).

And he put upon him the coat, and girded him with the belt, and clothed him with the robe, and put the ephod (vest) upon him, and he girded him with the detailed (skillfully made) belt of the ephod (vest), and bound [it] unto him with that.

The sceptre shall not depart from Y’hudah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh [Place of Rest] come; and unto him [shall] the gathering of the people [be].

Now Rachel had taken the images, and put them in the camel’s furniture, and sat upon them. And Lavan (to be white; white guy) searched all the tent, but found [them] not.

Then answered the five men that went to spy out the country of Layish [Lion], and said unto their brethren, Do you2f know that there is in these houses an ephod (vest), and teraphim (household gods), and a graven image, and a molten image? now therefore consider what you2f have to do.

For rebellion [is as] the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness [is as] iniquity and idolatry. Because youi have rejected the word of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), he has also rejected youi from [being] king.

Her gates are sunk into the ground; he has destroyed and broken her bars: her king and her princes [are] among the Gentiles: the law [is] no [more]; her prophets also find no vision from the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate).

I will be youri king: where [is any other] that may save youi in all youri cities? and youri of whom youi said, Give me a king and princes?

For the idols have spoken vanity, and the diviners have seen a lie, and have told false dreams; they comfort in vain: therefore they went their way as a flock, they were troubled, because [there was] no shepherd.

And they shall make the ephod (vest) [of] gold, [of] blue, and [of] purple, [of] scarlet, and fine twined linen, with cunning work.

And fire is gone out of a rod of her branches, [which] has devoured her fruit, so that she has no strong rod [to be] a scepter to rule. This [is] a lamentation, and shall be for a lamentation.

And I will pour out my indignation upon youi, I will blow against youi in the fire of my wrath, and deliver youi into the hand of cruel men, [and] skillful to destroy.
