Genesis 7:11

In the six hundredth year of Noach’s (Rest, Consolation) life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened.

The fountains also of the deep and the windows of heaven were stopped, and the rain from heaven was restrained;

Bring you2f all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in my house, and prove me now with this, says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) Tz’va’ot [of the Heavenly Armies], if I will not open you the windows of heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that [there shall] not [be room] enough [to receive it].

When he utters [his] voice, [there is] a multitude of waters in the heavens; and he causes the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth: he makes lightnings with rain, and brings forth the wind out of his treasures.

Fear you2f not me? says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate): will you2f not tremble at my presence, which have placed the sand [for] the bound of the sea by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass it: and though the waves thereof toss themselves, yet can they not prevail; though they roar, yet can they not pass over it?

And that lord answered the man of God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], and said, Now, behold, [if] the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) should make windows in heaven, might such a thing be? And he said, Behold, youi shall see it with youri eyes, but shall not eat thereof.

For thus says the Lord-Adonai [Greatest Above All Things] GOD-Yehōvih (THE FATHER); When I shall make youi a desolate city, like the cities that are not inhabited; when I shall bring up the deep upon youi, and great waters shall cover youi;

He gathers the waters of the sea together as an heap: he lays up the depth in storehouses.

Then a lord on whose hand the king leaned answered the man of God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], and said, Behold, [if] the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) would make windows in heaven, might this thing be? And he said, Behold, youi shall see [it] with youri eyes, but shall not eat of it.

And God-Elōhīm made the Firmament (expanse or vault over the earth), and divided the waters which [were] under the Firmament (expanse or vault over the earth) from the waters which [were] above the Firmament (expanse or vault over the earth): and it was so.

“Just as before the flood, they were eating, drinking, being fruitful and multiplying until the day when Noah entered the ark”.

The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is moved exceedingly.

youi did cleave (split open; cut open; divide) the fountain and the flood: youi dry up mighty rivers.

And, behold, I, even I, do bring a flood of waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein [is] the breath of life, from under heaven; [and] everything that [is] in the earth shall die.

The flood breaks out from the inhabitant; [even the waters] forgotten of the foot: they are dried up, they are gone away from men.

For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction comes upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.

Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished:

And Noach (Rest, Consolation) [was] six hundred years old when the flood of waters was upon the earth.

Behold, he withholds the waters, and they dry up: also he send them out, and they overturn the earth.

Have youi entered into the springs of the sea? or have youi walked in the search of the depth?

By his knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew.

And it shall come to pass, [that] he who flees from the noise of the fear shall fall into the pit; and he that comes up out of the midst of the pit shall be taken in the snare: for the windows from on high are open, and the foundations of the earth do shake.

And in the second month, on the seven and twentieth day of the month, was the earth dried.

Who can number the clouds in wisdom? or who can stay the bottles of heaven,
