And it repented the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.

But they rebelled, and vexed his holy Spirit: therefore he was turned to be their enemy, [and] he fought against them.

It repents me that I have set up Sha’ul [desired] [to be] king: for he is turned back from following me, and has not performed my commandments. And it grieved Sh’mu’el [His name is El]; and he cried unto the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) all night.

And grieve not the holy Spirit [Ruach] of God-The Father, whereby you2f are sealed unto the day of redemption.

For what reason I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do always err in [their] heart; and they have not known my ways.

And also the Strength of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] will not lie nor repent: for he [is] not a man, that he should repent.

And when the angel stretched out his hand upon Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace] to destroy it, the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) repented him of the evil, and said to the angel that destroyed the people, It is enough: stay now youri hand. And the angel of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) was by the threshing place of Aravnah [I shall shout for joy] the Y’vusi [Threshers].

God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] [is] not a man, that he should lie; neither the Son of man, that he should repent: has he said, and shall he not do [it]? or has he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

And God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] saw their works, that they turned from their evil way; and God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did [it] not.

And rend (tear apart; forcefully rip apart) your heart, and not your garments, and turn unto the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) your God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]: for he [is] gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and repents him of the evil.

And the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) repented of the evil which he thought to do unto his people.

Say unto them, [As] I live, says the Lord-Adonai [Greatest Above All Things] GOD-Yehōvih (THE FATHER), I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; but that the wicked turn from his way and live: turn you2f, turn you2f from your evil ways; for why will you2f die, O house of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God]?

Did Hizkiyahu [Yehovah is my strength] king of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised] and all Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised] put him at all to (to do entirely, do wholly) death? did he not fear the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), and besought the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), and the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) repented him of the evil which he had pronounced against them? Thus might we procure great evil against our souls.

And God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] sent an angel unto Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace] to destroy it: and as he was destroying, the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) beheld, and he repented him of the evil, and said to the angel that destroyed, It is enough, stay now youi hand. And the angel of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) stood by the threshingfloor of Ornan [light was perpetuated] the Y’vusi [Threshers].

O that youi had listened to my commandments! then had youri peace been as a river, and youri righteousness as the waves of the sea:

And he remembered for them his covenant, and repented according to the multitude of his mercies.

And Sh’mu’el [His name is El] came no more to see Sha’ul [desired] until the day of his death: nevertheless Sh’mu’el [His name is El] mourned for Sha’ul [desired]: and the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) repented that he had made Sha’ul [desired] king over Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God].

For the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) shall judge his people, and repent himself for his servants, when he sees that [their] power is gone, and [there is] none shut up, or left.

O that they were wise, [that] they understood this, [that] they would consider their latter end!

O that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children forever!

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

But with whom was he grieved forty years? [was it] not with them that had sinned, whose carcases fell in the wilderness?

For I [am] the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), I change not; therefore you2f sons of Ya’akov [Heal of God] are not consumed.

How shall I give youi up, Efrayim [Doubly Fruitful]? [how] shall I deliver youi, Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God]? how shall I make youi as Admah [Red Earth]? [how] shall I set youi as Tzvoyim [Gazelles]? my heart is turned within me, my repentings are kindled together.

I beheld the transgressors, and was grieved; because they kept not youri word.

The Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] has sworn, and will not repent, youi [are] a priest forever after the order of Melkhi-Zedek (my king (is) righteous(ness)).

Forty years long was I grieved with [this] generation, and said, It [is] a people that do err in their heart, and they have not known my ways:

Oh that my people had hearkened unto me, [and] Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel of God] had walked in my ways!

How oft did they provoke him in the wilderness, [and] grieve him in the desert!

For the gifts and calling of God-The Father [are] without repentance.

And the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repents [I am repentant] me that I have made them.

[At what] instant I shall speak concerning a nation, and concerning a kingdom, to pluck up, and to pull down, and to destroy [it];
