And while he lingered, the men laid hold upon his hand, and upon the hand of his wife, and upon the hand of his two daughters; the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) being merciful unto him: and they brought him forth, and set him without the city.

The Lord - Kurios knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations, and to reserve the unjust unto the day of judgment to be punished:

Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Spirit [Ruach HaKodesh];

Blessed (Favored by God; happy; prosperous) [be] God-The Father, even the Father of our Lord - Kurios [he to whom a person belongs] Yeshua [God is Salvation] Moshiach [Messiah], the Father of mercies, and the God-The Father of all comfort;

Like as a father pities [his] children, [so] the Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] pities them that fear him.

But youi, O Lord-Adonai [Greatest Above All Things], [are] a God-El [a God] full of compassion, and gracious, longsuffering, and plenteous in mercy and truth.

For youi, Lord-Adonai [Greatest Above All Things], [are] good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon youi.

What man [is he that] desires life, [and] loves [many] days, that he may see good?

O give thanks unto the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate); for [he is] good; for his mercy [endures] forever.

Therefore has he mercy on whom he will [have mercy], and whom he will he hardens.

But Y’hoshua [Yehovah is Salvation] had said unto the two men that had spied out the country, Go into the prostitute’s house, and bring out there the woman, and all that she has, as you2f swore unto her.

And delivered just Lot, vexed with the filthy Conversation (behavior; way of life; community) of the wicked:

And when the morning arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying, Arise, take youri wife, and your i two daughters, which are here; lest youi be consumed in the iniquity of the city.

Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear [the guilty]; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children’s children, unto the third and to the fourth [generation].

Then youi shall say unto youi son, We were Par’oh’s [Pharaoh - Great House] bondmen in Mitzrayim [Egypt - The Narrow Place]; and the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) brought us out of Mitzrayim [Egypt - The Narrow Place] with a mighty hand:

But because the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) loved you, and because he would keep the oath which he had sworn unto your fathers, has the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you out of the house of bondmen, from the hand of Par’oh [Pharaoh - Great House] king of Mitzrayim [Egypt - The Narrow Place].

Many sorrows [shall be] to the wicked: but he that trusts in the Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate], mercy shall compass (go around, encircle; encompass) him about.

Behold, the eye of the Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] [is] upon them that fear him, upon them that hope in his mercy;

To deliver their soul from death, and to keep them alive in famine.

For except we had lingered, surely now we had returned this second time.
