And Manoach [Rest] said unto the angel of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), I pray youi, let us detain youi, until we shall have made ready a kid for youi.

And wine [that] makes glad the heart of man, [and] oil to make [his] face to shine, and bread [which] strengthens man’s heart.

And it came to pass on the fourth day, when they arose early in the morning, that he rose up to depart: and the girl’s father said unto his son in law, Comfort youi heart with a morsel of bread, and afterward go your way.

Depart not hence, I pray youi, until I come unto youi, and bring forth my present, and set [it] before youi. And he said, I will wait until youi come again.

And Ya’akov (he who holds onto the heel of) said, No, I pray youi, if now I have found grace in youri sight, then receive my present at my hand: for therefore I have seen youri face, as though I had seen the face of God-Elōhīm [The Living Word - The Many Powered], and youi were pleased with me.

Behold now, I have two daughters which have not known man; let me, I pray you, bring them out unto you, and do youf to them as [is] good in yourf eyes: only unto these men do nothing; for therefore came they under the shadow of my roof.

For, behold, the Lord-Adon [Lord of the Earth], the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) Tz’va’ot [of the Heavenly Armies], does take away from Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace] and from Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised] the supply and the support, the whole supply of bread, and the whole supply of water,

“Give us our bread continually”.

And Avraham [exalted father/Fly They Will] hastened into the tent unto Sarah [Princess], and said, Make ready quickly three measures of fine meal, knead it, and make cakes upon the hearth.

And Gid’on [Hewer] went in, and made ready a kid, and unleavened cakes of an eifah of flour: the flesh he put in a basket, and he put the broth in a pot, and brought [it] out unto him under the oak, and presented [it].

And the angel of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) said unto Manoach [Rest], Though youi detain me, I will not eat of youri bread: and if youi will offer a burnt offering, youi must offer it unto the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate). For Manoach [Rest] knew not that he [was] an angel of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate).

And as she was going to fetch [it], he called to her, and said, Bring me, I pray youi, a morsel of bread in youri hand.
