And there was a strife between the herdsmen of Avram’s (Exalted Father; Father Of Elevation) cattle and the herdsman of Lot’s (Covering) cattle: and the Kena’ani (merchants; traders; or those that humble and subdue) and the P’rizi dwelled then in the land.

And the herdsmen of G’rar did strive with Yitz’chak’s [Laughter] herdsmen, saying, The water [is] ours: and he called the name of the well ‘Esek (contention); because they strove with him.

And Avram (Exalted Father; Father Of Elevation) passed through the land unto the place of Sh’khem [back or shoulder, portion] (Shoulder), unto the plain of Giv’at-Moreh [Hill of Teacher] (teacher). And the Kena’ani (merchants; traders; or those that humble and subdue) [was] then in the land.

For where envying and strife [is], there [is] confusion and every evil work.

And Ya’akov (he who holds onto the heel of) said to Shim’on (heard; he who hears; man of hearing) and Levi (Levite) [Joined to] (joined), Youf have troubled me to make me to stink among the inhabitants of the land, among the Kena’ani (low/humbled ones; merchants) and the P’rizi (rustic or belonging to a village): and I [being] few in number, they shall gather themselves together against me, and slay me; and I shall be destroyed, I and my house.

For we ourselves also were sometimes foolish, disobedient, deceived, serving different lusts and pleasures, living in malice and envy, hateful, [and] hating one another.

That you2f may walk honestly toward them that are without, and [that] you2f may have lack of nothing.

Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.

For you2f are yet carnal (of the flesh, sensual): for whereas [there is] among you envying, and strife, and divisions, are you2f not carnal (of the flesh, sensual), and walk as men?

Also I said, It [is] not good that you2f do: ought you2f not to walk in the fear of our God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] because of the reproach (disgrace; shame) of the heathen our enemies?

And the shepherds came and drove them away: but Moshe [He Who Draws Out Of The Waters] stood up and helped them, and watered their flock.

And Avraham [exalted father/Fly They Will] reproved Avi-melekh (my father is king) because of a well of water, which Avi-melekh’s (my father is king) servants had violently taken away.

And the border of the Kena’ani (low/humbled ones; merchants) was from Tzidon (hunting; fishing; venison; Hunter’s Lodge, Provision Storage, Harbor Master, or even Judge Of The Si), as youi come to G’rar (a lodging place, Sojourning, slime, be a stranger, stir up wars, or be afraid, stand in awe), unto ‘Azah (Strong Place, fortified place); as youi go, unto S’dom (burning, denotes penal constrictions around the ankles), and ‘Amora (submersion, Tyrants, bind sheaves, People of Fear), and Admah (red or ruddy (reddish hair or complexion) ground), and Tzvoyim (speckled, Multifariously Colored, or Fingers), even unto Lesha (fissure; To Be Viewed, To Be Blinded, or To Be Played With; bursting forth).

That you1sf shall say, youri servants’ trade has been about cattle from our youth even until now, both we, [and] also our fathers: that you1sf may dwell in the land of Goshen [Drawing Near] (approaching; drawing near); for every shepherd [is] an abomination unto the Mitzrayimot [Egyptians] (People of the Black Land).

[It is] an honour for a man to cease from strife: but every fool will be meddling.

And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand.
