Daniel 9:20New Messianic Version BibleAnd whiles I [was] speaking, and praying, and confessing my sin and the sin of my people Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], and presenting my supplication before the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) my God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] for the holy mountain of my God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered]; See the chapter |
O Lord-Adonai (The Father) [Greatest Above All Things], according to all youi righteousness, I beseech (to call upon; appeal; beg) youi, let youi anger and youi fury be turned away from youi city Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace], youi holy mountain: because for our sins, and for the iniquities of our fathers, Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace] and youi people [are become] a reproach (disgrace; shame) to all [that are] about us.
Thus says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate); I am returned unto Tziyon [parched place], and will dwell in the midst of Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace]: and Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace] shall be called a city of truth; and the mountain of the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) Tz’va’ot [of the Heavenly Armies] the holy mountain.
Now when ‘had prayed, and when he had confessed, weeping and casting himself down before the house of God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], there assembled unto him out of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] a very great congregation of men and women and children: for the people wept very sore.
Let youi ear now be attentive, and youi eyes open, that youi may hear the prayer of youi servant, which I pray before youi now, day and night, for the people of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] youi servants, and confess the sins of the people of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God], which we have sinned against youi: both I and my father’s house have sinned.
