The king cried aloud to bring in the astrologers, the Kasdim [clod-breakers], and the soothsayers. [And] the king spoke, and said to the wise [men] of Bavel (to jumble, or a confused medley of sounds; confusion; gate of the deity) (Babylon) [confusion], Whosoever shall read this writing, and show me the interpretation thereof, shall be clothed with scarlet, and [have] a chain of gold about his neck, and shall be the third ruler in the kingdom.

Then commanded Belshazzar, and they clothed Dani’el [God is Judge] with scarlet, and [put] a chain of gold about his neck, and made a proclamation concerning him, that he should be the third ruler in the kingdom.

And I have heard of youi, that youi can make interpretations, and dissolve doubts: now if youi can read the writing, and make known to me the interpretation thereof, youi shall be clothed with scarlet, and [have] a chain of gold about youi neck, and shall be the third ruler in the kingdom.

Then the king made Dani’el [God is Judge] a great man, and gave him many great gifts, and made him ruler over the whole province of Bavel (to jumble, or a confused medley of sounds; confusion; gate of the deity) (Babylon) [confusion], and chief of the governors over all the wise [men] of Bavel (to jumble, or a confused medley of sounds; confusion; gate of the deity) (Babylon) [confusion].

But if you2f show the dream, and the interpretation thereof, you2f shall receive of me gifts and rewards and great honour: therefore show me the dream, and the interpretation thereof.

Then the king commanded to call the magicians, and the astrologers, and the sorcerers, and the Kasdim [clod-breakers], for to show the king his dreams. So they came and stood before the king.

I decked youi also with ornaments, and I put bracelets upon youri hands, and a chain on youri neck.

youi are wearied in the multitude of youri counsels. Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly Prognosticators (foretellers of the future), stand up, and save youi from [these things] that shall come upon youi.

He cried aloud, and said thus, Hew down the tree, and cut off his branches, shake off his leaves, and scatter his fruit: let the beasts get away from under it, and the fowls from his branches:

Your1s cheeks are comely (attractive; proper (one’s own; peculiar; particular); becoming) with rows [of jewels], youri neck with chains [of gold].

For they [shall be] an ornament of grace unto youi head, and chains about youi neck.

After these things did king Achashverosh [I will be silent and poor] promote Haman [magnificent] the son of Hamdata [double] the Agagi [I will overtop], and advanced him, and set his seat above all the princes that [were] with him.

And the men of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] said, Have you2f seen this man that is come up? surely to defy Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] is he come up: and it shall be, [that] the man who kills him, the king will enrich him with great riches, and will give him his daughter, and make his father’s house free in Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God].

Therefore now flee youi to youi place: I thought to promote youi unto great honour; but, lo, the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) has kept youi back from honour.

For I will promote youi unto very great honour, and I will do whatsoever youi say unto me: come therefore, I pray youi, curse me this people.

And the elders of Mo’av [Seed of my Father] and the elders of Midyan [Strife] departed with the rewards of divination in their hand; and they came unto Bil’am [Not of the People], and spoke unto him the words of Balak [Devastator].

And it came to pass in the morning that his spirit was troubled; and he sent and called for all the magicians of Mitzrayim [Egypt], and all the wise men thereof: and Pharaoh told them his dream; but [there was] none that could interpret them unto Pharaoh.

Then Par’oh [Pharaoh - Great House] also called the wise men and the sorcerers: now the magicians of Mitzrayim [Egypt - The Narrow Place], they also did in like manner with their enchantments.

A sword [is] upon the Kasdim [clod-breakers], says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), and upon the inhabitants of Bavel (to jumble, or a confused medley of sounds; confusion; gate of the deity) (Babylon) [confusion], and upon her princes, and upon her wise [men].

Children in whom [was] no blemish, but well favoured, and skillful in all wisdom, and cunning in knowledge, and understanding science, and such as [had] ability in them to stand in the king’s palace, and whom they might teach the learning and the tongue of the Kasdim [clod-breakers].

And in all matters of wisdom [and] understanding, that the king enquired of them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians [and] astrologers that [were] in all his realm.

Dani’el [God is Judge] answered in the presence of the king, and said, The secret which the king has demanded cannot the wise [men], the astrologers, the magicians, the soothsayers, show unto the king;

There is a man in youi kingdom, in whom [is] the spirit of the holy gods; and in the days of youi father light and understanding and wisdom, like the wisdom of the gods, was found in him; whom the king N’vukhadnetzar [May Nebo protect the crown] youi father, the king, [I say], youi father, made master of the magicians, astrologers, Kasdim [clod-breakers], [and] soothsayers;

And now the wise [men], the astrologers, have been brought in before me, that they should read this writing, and make known unto me the interpretation thereof: but they could not show the interpretation of the thing:
