Daniel 3:18New Messianic Version BibleBut if not, be it known unto youi, O king, that we will not serve youi gods, nor worship the golden image which youi have set up. See the chapter |
And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), choose you this day whom you2f will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that [were] on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Emori [Highlanders], in whose land you2f dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate).
[Then] N’vukhadnetzar [May Nebo protect the crown] spoke, and said, Blessed (Favored by God; happy; prosperous) [be] the God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] of Shadrakh [royal, or the great scribe], Meishakh [guest of the king], and ‘Aved-N’go [servant of Nebo], who has sent his angel, and delivered his servants that trusted in him, and have changed the king’s word, and yielded their bodies, that they might not serve nor worship any god, except their own God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered].
And he said, I have been very jealous for the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] Tz’va’ot [of the Heavenly Armies]: because the people of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] have forsaken youri covenant, thrown down youri altars, and slain youri prophets with the sword; and I, [even] I only, am left; and they seek my life, to take it away.
