And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:
The king spoke, and said, Is not this great Bavel (to jumble, or a confused medley of sounds; confusion; gate of the deity) (Babylon) [confusion], that I have built for the house of the kingdom by the might of my power, and for the honour of my majesty?
It [is] youi, O king, that are grown and become strong: for youi greatness is grown, and reaches unto heaven, and youi dominion to the end of the earth.

That youi shall take up this proverb against the king of Bavel (to jumble, or a confused medley of sounds; confusion; gate of the deity) (Babylon) [confusion], and say, How has the oppressor ceased! the golden city ceased!
