youi, O king, saw, and behold a great image. This great image, whose brightness [was] excellent, stood before youi; and the form thereof [was] terrible.

They [are] terrible and dreadful: their judgment and their dignity shall proceed of themselves.


Behold, therefore I will bring strangers upon youi, the terrible of the nations: and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of youri wisdom, and they shall defile youri brightness.


And I will punish the world for [their] evil, and the wicked for their iniquity; and I will cause the arrogancy of the proud to cease, and will lay low the haughtiness of the terrible.


And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, showed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time.


So Satan [the adversary] took him to an exceedingly high mountain, showed him all the kingdoms of the earth and their glory


N’vukhadnetzar [May Nebo protect the crown] the king made an image of gold, whose height [was] threescore cubits, [and] the breadth thereof six cubits: he set it up in the plain of Dura, in the province of Bavel (to jumble, or a confused medley of sounds; confusion; gate of the deity) (Babylon) [confusion].


At the same time my reason returned unto me; and for the glory of my kingdom, my honour and brightness returned unto me; and my counselors and my lords sought unto me; and I was established in my kingdom, and excellent majesty was added unto me.


This [is] the dream; and we will tell the interpretation thereof before the king.


youi, O king, [are] a king of kings: for the God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] of heaven has given youi a kingdom, power, and strength, and glory.
