And David [beloved] and his men went up, and invaded the G’shuri [A Bridge], and the Gizri [bridge], and the ‘Amalekim [Dwellers in a Valley]: for those [nations were] of old the inhabitants of the land, as youi go to Shur [wall], even unto the land of Mitzrayim [Egypt - The Narrow Place].

Now these were the sons of David [beloved], which were born unto him in Hevron [Seat of Association]; the firstborn Amnon [faithful], of Achino’am [my brother is delight] the Yizre’elit [God Sows]; the second Dani’el [God is Judge], of Avigayil [my father is joy] the Carmelit [garden-land]:

And Avigayil [my father is joy] hasted, and arose, and rode upon an ass, with five female servants of hers that went after her; and she went after the messengers of David [beloved], and became his wife.

Now the name of the man [was] Naval [fool]; and the name of his wife Avigayil [my father is joy]: and [she was] a woman of good understanding, and of a beautiful Countenance (Face, appearance; show favor): but the man [was] churlish and evil in his doings; and he [was] of the house of Kalev [Dog].

Nevertheless the people of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] expelled not the G’shuri [A Bridge], nor the Ma’akhati [She Has Pressed]: but the G’shuri [A Bridge] and the Ma’akhati [She Has Pressed] dwell among the Yisra’eli’s until this day.

Ya’ir [He Enlightens] the son of M’nasheh [Causing to Forget] took all the country of Argov [Heap of Clods] unto the coasts of G’shuri [Bridge] and Ma’akhati [Oppression]; and called them after his own name, Bashan-Havot-Ya’ir [Fruitful Villages of the Enlightened Ones], unto this day.

And the king was much moved, and went up to the chamber over the gate, and wept: and as he went, thus he said, O my son Avshalom [my father is peace], my son, my son Avshalom [my father is peace]! would God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] I had died for youi, O Avshalom [my father is peace], my son, my son!

And the king said, Let him turn to his own house, and let him not see my face. So Avshalom [my father is peace] returned to his own house, and saw not the king’s face.

And it came to pass after this, that Avshalom [my father is peace] the son of David [beloved] had a fair sister, whose name [was] Tamar [palm-tree]; and Amnon [faithful] the son of David [beloved] loved her.

And Avshalom [my father is peace] answered Yo’av [Yehovah is father], Behold, I sent unto youi, saying, Come here, that I may send youi to the king, to say, For what reason am I come from G’shur [proud beholder]? [it had been] good for me [to have been] there still: now therefore let me see the king’s face; and if there be [any] iniquity in me, let him kill me.

And it came to pass after forty years, that Avshalom [my father is peace] said unto the king, I pray youi, let me go and pay my vow, which I have vowed unto the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), in Hevron [Seat of Association].

For youi servant vowed a vow while I abode at G’shur [proud beholder] in Aram (Syria) [exalted], saying, If the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) shall bring me again indeed to Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace], then I will serve the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate).

And his father had not displeased him at any time in saying, Why have youi done so? and he also [was a] very goodly [man]; and [his mother] bore him after Avshalom [my father is peace].

And he said, youi know that the kingdom was my, and [that] all Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] set their faces on me, that I should reign: howbeit the kingdom is turned about, and is become my brother’s: for it was his from the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate).

The third, Avshalom [my father is peace] the son of Ma’akhah [oppression] the daughter of Talmai [Plowman] king of G’shur [proud beholder]: the fourth, Adoniyah [my lord is Yehovah] the son of Haggit [festive]:

So Yo’av [Yehovah is father] arose and went to G’shur [proud beholder], and brought Avshalom [my father is peace] to Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace].
