The God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] said, the Rock of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] spoke to me, He that rules over men [must be] just, ruling in the fear of God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered].

[He is] the Rock, his work [is] perfect: for all his ways [are] judgment: a God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] of tand without iniquity, just and right [is] he.

Moreover youi shall provide out of all the people able men, such as fear God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], men of truth, hating covetousness; and place [such] over them, [to be] rulers of thousands, [and] rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens:

But unto the Son [he says], You1s throne, O God-The Father, [is] forever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness [is] the sceptre of youri kingdom.

Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Tziyon [parched place]; shout, O daughter of Yerushalayim [Foundation of Peace]: behold, youri King comes unto youi: he [is] just, and having Salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass.

He shall judge youri people with righteousness, and youri poor with judgment.

I will say unto God-El Sal’i [The Powerful Living Word My Rock], Why have youi forgotten me? why go I mourning because of the oppression of the enemy?

And he erected there an altar, and called it El-elohe-Isra’el [God-EL, the Mighty God of Isra’el-Prince with God].

Behold, the days come, says the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate), that I will raise unto David [beloved] a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth.

Behold, a king shall reign in righteousness, and princes shall rule in judgment.

Open youi mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.

The Lord-Yehōvah [Messiah Pre-Incarnate] shall send the rod of youri strength out of Tziyon [Parched Place]: rule youi in the midst of youri enemies.

Moreover from the time that I was appointed to be their governor in the land of Y’hudah [Let Him (God) Be Praised], from the twentieth year even unto the two and thirtieth year of Artach’shashta [I will make the spoiled to boil: I will stir myself (in) winter] the king, [that is], twelve years, I and my brethren have not eaten the bread of the governor.

I [am] the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) youi God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], which have brought youi out of the land of Mitzrayim [Egypt - The Narrow Place], out of the house of bondage.

And God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered] said moreover unto Moshe [He Who Draws Out Of The Waters], Thus shall youi say unto the people of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God]: [The Lord-Yehōvah] of your fathers, the God-Elōhīm [Creator] of Avraham [Exalted Father], the God-Elōhīm [Creator] of Yitz’chak [Laughter], and the God-Elōhīm [Creator] of Ya’akov [Heal of God], has sent me unto you: this [is] my name forever, and this [is] my memorial unto all generations.

Blessed (Favored by God; happy; prosperous) be the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) youri God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], which delighted in youi, to set youi on the throne of Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God]: because the Lord-Yehōvah (Messiah Pre-Incarnate) loved Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God] forever, therefore made he youi king, to do judgment and justice.

Shall even he that hates right govern? and will youi condemn him that is most just?

Give the king youri judgments, O God-Elōhīm (The Living Word) [The Many Powered], and youri righteousness unto the king’s son.

And David [beloved] reigned over all Yisra’el [He Holds Onto The Heel Of God]; and David [beloved] executed judgment and justice unto all his people.
